Here are a few things the group has been up to!
This was a group art project that we learned how to do at the 2010 State Brain Injury Conference.
Its a collection of 54 individual 10x10 inch squares, each individually painted differently by different people and all put together to make one big painting!
It was featured by the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina on the State Conference Brochure for 2012.

JULY 2012 - ANNUAL SC STATE BRAIN INJURY CONFERENCE
The AOP TBI Support Group had several members attend the conference this year. Also, Liz Willis's family was there on Thursday to accept the Ally of the Year Award on her behalf. It was a bitter sweet moment.
Liz's husband, Jeff Willis, accepted the Ally of the Year Award on Liz's behalf. Presented by Joyce Davis of the SC Brain Injury Association. Her son, Jonathan as well as daughter, Amy and her children, Josie and Grayson also attended.
June 2012 - Cookout
Since we don't meet in July and August, the group had a cookout celebration to welcome in the summer! Norman Blankinship and the group he sings with, Cruise Control, provided entertainment for the evening! We grilled burgers and hot dogs and had a great time!
2012 ART SHOW AND SILENT AUCTION - April 2012
We teamed up with the HASCI Activity Center that meets on Monday's at the AnMed Rehab Hospital to create artwork to auction off at the (hopefully) 1st Annual Art Show and Silent Auction! Thanks to The Cabernet Canvas where the event was held and area businesses for their donations!
